Shipping
Items are shipped from Nepal and the USA, depending on the product ordered. We ship to selected countries worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to Africa, Latin and South America, Russia, or CIS countries.
We ship only to PayPal-verified addresses, and we do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. For international orders, we provide a tracking number to help ensure successful delivery. Within the USA, we ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the item.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Shipments are sent via Aramex Express, DHL, or USPS, and we will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. For faster and smoother delivery, please provide a contact phone number with your order.
Estimated Delivery Times

Australia, Canada & USA: 4–7 working days
UK: 3–5 working days
EU and Rest of the World: 4–8 working days

Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and any other charges (if applicable) at the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange according to your request.
